Large Course Redesign Grants Program

The Center for Faculty Excellence has announced the 2013 recipients of its 100+ Large Course Redesign grants. Faculty members participating in the program will be implementing changes to a large enrollment course in order to improve student engagement and learning outcomes. 

2013 grant recipients: 

• Rita Balaban, Economics Department
• Jean Davison and Sonda Oppewal, School of Nursing
• Joe Kennedy, School of Law
• Laurie McNeil and David Smith, Physics and Astronomy Department
• Silvia Tomaskova, Anthropology Department
• Courtney Woods, School of Public Health

The next request for proposals for the program will be announced during the fall of 2013. Funding for the grants program is made possible by the Provost's Office.
