The CFE's Mission

The mission of the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) is to provide faculty the support, services, and resources they need to achieve excellence as teachers, scholars, and leaders. The Center provides integrated support to faculty across the entire spectrum of their responsibilities and throughout all stages of their careers. The Center partners with other units across the University to ensure efficient and effective delivery of support services to all faculty campus-wide. The CFE staff focuses on creating new approaches to support the pedagogical and scholarly development of faculty as well as developing strategies to enhance mentorship and leadership.
