No one succeeds alone. This is why CFE is committed to helping academic unit leaders and individual faculty members across campus build and strengthen mentoring programs and relationships. The CFE’s Faculty Development and Mentoring Initiative offers a range of resources along a continuum, from helping individual faculty members consider their teaching, service, and scholarly goals and the mentoring they might need for each, to helping chairs develop their own faculty mentoring programs and annual review processes to ensure the success of their faculty.
