Rooms 006, 205, and 207 in the Undergraduate Library are available for class viewings through the Media Resources Center. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Send email to mediaresourcescenter@unc.edu to make a reservation.
The equipment in my classroom is broken. What do I do?
Pick up the red phone in your classroom and report the difficulty. You can also call 962-HELP or send email to hotline@unc.edu.

Is BlackBoard the only way to create a course website? How do I obtain course web space?
Instructors with basic web authoring skills may choose to create their own web space for their courses using the Course Web Space Tool. Once you fill out the online form, you will be given a URL through which you and your students can access your materials via the web, and an FTP address which you will need to upload the materials to your website.
How can I set up a class listserv?
To set up a class listserv go to the UNC List Server website and select "Create a List." When you are completing the form on the List Creation Utility page, be sure to set the "Type of List" option to "Course Mailing List."

The Software Acquisition office negotiates and maintains campus-wide (site) license agree-ments for software. Office hours for the Software Acquisition Office are Monday to Friday from 8-4:30; appointments are recommended.
