Teaching Resource Lab

Instructors often have the interest and ability to produce their own instructional materials but they do not have the appropriate equipment, software and expertise to do so. The Teaching Resource Lab is a central resource facility in which instructors can design and create course websites, presentations, multimedia projects and 35mm slides on their own or with guidance from Center staff. The Teaching Resource Lab has been designed and equipped to permit instructors to produce these and other materials quickly and efficiently. Lab staff can also assist you with the design and production of original, complex instructional materials.

Please note: the Teaching Resource lab is not open to students working on class assignments.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 4:30
• 318 Wilson Library

Equipment Available

Lab staff will provide any necessary training on the use of lab equipment.

The Teaching Resource Lab maintains a sizable array of software packages to accommodate the instructional needs of University faculty, teaching assistants and staff. Lab staff will provide software training when necessary.
