The CFE offers workshops on a continuing basis to support faculty mentoring across campus. A description of current offerings related to faculty mentoring is available on the CFE Events page.
Recent mentoring-related workshops include the following:

- What Fixed-Term Faculty Should Know about the Review and Evaluation Process (for faculty in their first five years)
- How to Find a Mentor and Get the Most out of the Mentoring Relationship (for early-career faculty)
- How to Be an Effective Mentor (for mid-career and senior faculty)
- Designing and Implementing Early-Career Faculty Mentoring Programs (for chairs, deans, and other faculty leaders)
- Making a Successful Transition to Associate Professor (for new associate professors)
Any of the workshops listed above can be customized for a particular academic unit.
In addition, the CFE offers consultation services on faculty mentoring, such as helping an academic unit assess its current mentoring program and assisting with the design of a new departmental mentoring program.
