Bring your emergent vision for our review and apply concepts and tools from
the Kouzes and Posner Model (Leadership Challenge) to design and facilitate
a shared visioning process.

- Understand the meaning and crafting of a vision
- Learn to formulate and facilitate a shared visioning process
- Engage your faculty and staff in a dialogue about their hopes, dreams,
and aspirations - Communicate the common shared vision in an attractive and appealing process
