Leading Change Learning Objectives:
- Understand the three key planning models for leading change (Strategic, Process, and People)
- Learn and apply an engagement formula to facilitate and gather input from key stakeholders, faculty, and staff
- Identify and understand the people-side of change and how to respond
- Consider and build an individual development plan for the necessary leadership skills for leading organizational change and individual change
