Faculty Professional and Leadership Skills Development Overview

This open enrollment program targets faculty development and the leadership and professional skills necessary in academic roles that include teaching, research and service. The program welcomes any faculty level including tenure track, non-tenure track, fixed term, contract, and adjunct. The series addresses professional skills necessary for faculty roles regarding collaboration and relationship building with colleagues, staff, students and others. The leadership topics will apply to early, new, mid-career and senior faculty. Participants will learn leadership concepts and models, build specific skills, and practice mastery of those skills through real case studies and small group mentoring and coaching.
