Introduction to the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity: A Free Resource for UNC Faculty

The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) is an independent professional development, training, and mentoring community for faculty members, postdocs, and graduate students. Through UNC’s institutional membership, you have access to a rich collection of online resources to help you manage the challenges of the academic career path. Join us to learn more about how to sign up and take advantage of everything the NCFDD has to offer, including its intensive Faculty Success Program. We will also discuss the CFE’s Professional Exploration and Growth Grants as a means of support for the Faculty Success Program.
