Leadership Fundamental Series – Session II: Defining Leadership Skills and Individual Leadership Plan

October 11, 2017, 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM EDT

By using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality preferences and strengths instrument, we start with identifying our own preferences for sources of energy, information review, making decisions and orientation to the outside world. Building on our self-awareness we focus on understanding other’s preferences and discover simple ways of communicating that builds trusting relationships. The MBTI will provide multiple applications for leading others such as understanding strengths and styles, communications, problem-solving, coaching and decision-making to name a few. Self-awareness and reflections provides the foundational components of how to build confidence about your style as a leader and effective relationships with others.
