Leadership Fundamental Series – Session I: Defining Leadership Skills and Individual Leadership Development Plan

We will create a common language of leadership and develop an individual plan to continue your leadership learning. Using the leadership architect tool we will explore the leadership competencies most important in our university and begin to understand key actions to develop selected competencies.
