TEAM ADVANCE Professional Development Workshop: Mentoring Up: Optimizing Mentoring Relationships

On Friday, November 6, TEAM ADVANCE will host a professional development workshop for early-career faculty. In Mentoring Up: Optimizing Mentoring Networks, adapted from the CIMER curriculum, participants will identify steps to take to engage with potential mentors, sponsors, and other supports. Participants will also develop and practice skills for connecting with potential mentors. The session will be held via Zoom.
