Apply for 2024-25 Leadership Fundamentals
Applications are open for our 2024-25 Leadership Fundamentals cohort. Faculty may be nominated or apply on their own. A brief letter of support from the chair is part of the application. Applications will be accepted and reviewed through Summer 2024, and the program will begin with a kick-off lunch in-person on Friday, August 23.

Leadership Fundamentals is a cohort-based leadership program that meets throughout the academic year. The program focuses on leadership assessments and key topics, concepts, and models, building specific skills through small-group mentoring and coaching.
Kara Penfield, the CFE Senior Leadership Consultant, will direct the 2023-24 Leadership Fundamentals program. Sessions will occur both in person and over Zoom.
Who Should Apply?
All career stages, aspiring leaders, new leaders, established leaders. Faculty can apply directly or be nominated. A letter of support from the Chair is part of the application.

If you are submitting your application for the 2024-25 Leadership Fundamentals program, then please hold the 2024-25 workshop dates on our calendar while awaiting application decision. If accepted into the program, you will receive formal calendar invitations for each workshop.
