Institute for the Arts and Humanities

• Academic Leadership Program: A year-long program of intensive study and leadership development activities for a cohort of tenured and fixed-term faculty members
• Chairs Leadership Program: A peer mentoring group for new and reappointed chairs in the College of Arts and Sciences (tbd)

UNC-CH Office of Human Resources

• Office of Human Resources Courses:  A catalog of all courses offered by the Office of Human Resources for all staff and faculty
• U-LEAD Program:  A leadership development program open to faculty and staff with three years’ experience as a leader or manager at UNC-Chapel Hill and North Carolina Central University

UNC-CH School of Medicine

• Academic Career Leadership Academy in Medicine (ACCLAIM):  A UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine program that provides leadership and career development opportunities to junior faculty members, with an emphasis on those underrepresented in medicine
• Program in Leadership Development:  A leadership development program for division heads and other leaders in the School of Medicine

UNC-CH Libraries

• Appreciative Inquiry Resources Portal: Established by the UNC-CH Health Sciences Library, this resource collects materials relating to a change management approach of asking questions that strengthen a system’s capacity to apprehend, anticipate, and heighten positive potential

The University of North Carolina System  

• Bridges: Academic Leadership for Women:  An intensive professional development program for women in higher education who seek to gain or strengthen their academic leadership capabilities
• Leadership: Good to Great: A collection of video interviews with faculty leaders whose accomplishments over several decades represent the highest level of positive impact on Carolina’s academic mission.
