These survey tool options are available at no cost to UNC instructors in all academic units.

Qualtrics: The Qualtrics Research Suite is a powerful online survey tool available to all UNC faculty, staff, and students, for UNC-related projects. Qualtrics, sponsored by the Odum Institute for Research in Social Science, allows you to build surveys, distribute surveys and analyze responses, all from one convenient online location. Sakai: The Tests and Quizzes feature of the University’s centrally-supported learning management system is another option for creating student surveys.
Poll Everywhere. Polls are an easy way to gather student information and opinions. Poll Everywhere supports a survey feature that allows students to participate either in or outside of class.
