Targeting Equity in Access to Mentoring (TEAM ADVANCE) offers mentoring programs and resources to all faculty (tenure and fixed-term track). Our interventions target STEM and related fields at the University, where women of color and white women are underrepresented in leadership and at the full professor rank. We also welcome participation from non-STEM fields.

Faculty in STEM and related disciplines will be invited to take part in TEAM ADVANCE research activities. Participation in research activities will be voluntary, will include informed consent, and is not required to join TEAM ADVANCE programming.
