Gabriella Ragouzeos

Gabriella Ragouzeos joined the CFE as the Communications and Outreach Coordinator in 2022 to support its expanded vision of promoting faculty development, leadership, and success. She works in collaboration with our team to strengthen the visibility of CFE’s offerings and resources for faculty across campus at all stages of their academic careers.

Gabriella began her career at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School as the Program Coordinator for the Entrepreneurship Center, serving as the liaison for students, staff, and faculty involved in entrepreneurship courses and programs. She became adept at managing several daily operations, including MBA and EMBA curriculum development, logistical course support, and assisting with event and project management. She later served as the Business Operations Manager for the Wood Center for Real Estate Studies and the Institute for Private Capital, where she oversaw operations of the Centers’ budgets and financial planning, databases, logistical coordination for external guests, and general faculty and staff support.

Gabriella earned her B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
