Faculty Administrator Orientation to Carolina
The Center for Faculty Excellence Faculty Administrator Orientation to Carolina (FAOC) program goals are to provide an orientation to campus resources, to build a support network among faculty administrators, and to support development in their leadership roles. This program is for mid- to senior career faculty and/or faculty in administrative leadership roles.
Erin Malloy, CFE Director, and Kara Penfield, CFE Senior Leadership Consultant, will direct the 2024-25 FAOC.
What you need to know to apply for Faculty Administrator Orientation to Carolina
Faculty can apply on their own or be nominated. Applicants will need to provide information, a professional headshot photograph, and a letter of support from their direct supervisor, department chair, or dean/associate dean.
