Faculty Administrator Orientation to Carolina
The Center for Faculty Excellence Faculty Administrator Orientation to Carolina (FAOC) program goals are to provide an orientation to campus resources, to build a support network among faculty administrators, and to support development in their leadership roles. This program is for mid- to senior career faculty and/or faculty in administrative leadership roles.
Erin Malloy, CFE Director, Kara Penfield, CFE Senior Leadership Consultant, and Barry Ramsey, Administrative Coordinator, Office of the Provost, will direct the 2022-23 FAOC.

What you need to know to apply for Faculty Administrator Orientation to Carolina
Faculty can apply on their own or be nominated. If you want to nominate a faculty member, please contact Barry Ramsey (barry_ramsey@unc.edu).
Applicants will need to provide information, a professional headshot photograph, and a letter of support from their direct supervisor, department chair, or dean/associate dean.
