Lessons Learned from Implementing Departmental Mentoring Plans: A Panel Discussion

TEAM ADVANCE will host a one-hour interactive panel discussion featuring Drs. Herb Patterson (Eshelman School of Pharmacy), Aimee Wall (School of Government), and Wei You (College of Arts and Sciences), who will share lessons learned for effectively implementing a departmental or school-wide mentoring plan or program. Audience members will have opportunities to ask questions and share experiences. TEAM ADVANCE invites department chairs, faculty development specialists, and other faculty and administrators involved in faculty mentoring plans to attend.
