Working With Animals at UNC-Chapel Hill

In this session, UNC’s Office of Animal Care and Use will explain the animal care application process. New faculty, and those who are new to animal work, will learn where to find the necessary resources to get started with their research and tips for writing a solid application. Pre- and post-approval items, including training requirements and protocol amendments will be discussed. Investigators who are looking for a refresher on these topics are also welcome to attend.
