SOHINI SENGUPTA, Research Coordinator: I have research expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods; and have more than 20 years of experience in conducting research, with the primary areas being HIV/AIDS, stigma, research/clinical ethics, and domestic violence. The CFE provides one-on-one consultations to assist faculty and postdocs with their specific research-related needs. For example, staff can offer assistance with writing grants or scholarly manuscripts, convene mock reviews for grants, help with preparing research dossier materials for promotion/tenure reviews, assist in the preparation of research statements for academic jobs, offer guidance on accessing the huge network of campus research resources, or plan workshops tailored to the needs of a specific unit or program on campus.
